As the 15th Seed in the South region, Lehigh beat the 2nd seeded Duke Blue Devils 75-70 in their second round game of the NCAA Tournament played in Greensboro, NC. It was only the sixth time that a 15th seed had upset a 2nd seed since the tournament expanded to 64 teams in 1985, but was the second time that day. Lehigh won 75-70.
